‘The primary physical education and sport premium is spent very well. Specialist teachers have been brought in to deliver high-quality physical education lessons. Additionally, pupils have benefited from access to a wide variety of after-school clubs, competitive events and special activities. As a result, increasingly more pupils participate in a wider range of sports’.

A huge well done to Chloe (from 4V) who recently had the amazing honour of being a flag bearer for Stoke City! ⚽️🔴⚪️
What a fantastic experience and a moment to be really proud of. Walking out on the pitch and being part of such a special match day is something she’ll remember forever.
We’re all so proud of you, Chloe – what a star! ⭐

After working like geographers and using atlases to identify countries around the world in today’s Geography lesson, Year 4 took inspiration from these places for their PE lesson. We had a go at traditional games from different countries such as Daruma-san ga Koronda from Japan, Catching the Dragon’s Tail from China and El Gato y El Ratón from Spain. It was amazing to see everyone exploring different cultures while staying active! #geographystm #pestm #year4stm … See MoreSee Less

Some of our Year 4 children had the opportunity to take part in a brilliant morning of inclusive sport where they tried boccia, archery and new age curling.
The children showed great enthusiasm as they competed against pupils from other schools and enjoyed trying new activities.
It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved and we are incredibly proud of how well the children represented our school. Their teamwork, effort and positive attitude were outstanding throughout the morning. Well done everyone! 🎯👏
