🙏Thank you to Faizah and Sonia for leading Year 6’s liturgy today. The girls focused their liturgy on role models from the Bible and how they can inspire us to be role models to others.🙏 #restm #year6stm #prayerandliturgystm … See MoreSee Less

Well done to Year 6 who have been trying to improve their fluency with tables. They loved having a good game of Hit the Button at the end of their maths lesson! #year6stm #mathsstm … See MoreSee Less

The children across the school have been celebrating Black History Month today. Each year group has been studying a different person who has made a difference in their field of work. Some examples included: Nelson Mandela, Mary Seacole, Stormzy, Adam Jogee (our local MP), Floella Benjamin (The Windrush) and Martin Luther King #historystm #year1stm #year2stm #year3stm #year4stm ##year5stm #year6stm … See MoreSee Less

🎬To celebrate Black History Month, Year 6 researched Floella Benjamin who is a famous author, presenter and grew up through the Windrush Scandal. After researching Floella's life and the Windrush Scandal, the children presented a live Newsround episode with a special guest star – Floella Benjamin herself! Check out our episode below.🎬

❤️What an afternoon we've had in Year 6! We role played different scenarios and tried to idenitify whether it was the correct way to act or if our listening skills could be improved. Mr Wyse helped us to remember that we should always take time out to listen to others! Check out our video! ❤️ #year6stm #WMHD2024 … See MoreSee Less

🙏🏻✝️ Thank you to Canon Paul for celebrating today’s Mass with Year 6. The children reflected well on the Gospel reading which focused on loving everyone – even when it’s difficult to do so. It was lovely to see parents join us for the first class Mass of the year. ✝️🙏🏻 #year6stm #catholiclifestm #prayerandliturgystm … See MoreSee Less

🌍Part two of Year 6’s trip to Lyme Valley involved asking the general public to complete surveys, created by the class, about the local area. The surveys focused on why people came to Lyme Valley, how they got to Lyme Valley, what they enjoyed about the park and what they would improve.
In total, the children managed to interview a whopping 51 members of the public! After collecting the data, using Google Forms, we analysed it and shared our opinions on the findings. A huge thank you to anyone who stopped to complete our survey. Check out some of the results!🌍
