How can I volunteer?
The help we receive from parents and parishioners is invaluable and is much appreciated by staff. If you are interested in helping within school, and have the necessary free time, please speak to any member of the teaching staff. Regular helpers in school are all checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB check) in line with child protection guidelines.
Parents can help in many different ways, including:
- Sharing skills and interests e.g. talking about their job, bringing in artefacts
- Listening to children read
- Accompanying children on educational visits
- Making costumes for productions and assemblies
